I highly recommend Sweat Chill Exhale! I purchased a 10-pack and have been going for the past few months.

The facility is extremely clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! It's really high quality and has become part of my weekly routine.

Dave has created a fantastic space and I will definitely be using this place on-going.

The team at Sweat Chill Exhale provided an absolutely fantastic Friday night routine for me and my beautiful girlfriend.

Dave creates an environment of knowledge around the things that we're doing for our body and provides an awesome experience with his sweat rooms, hot rocks rooms, and infrared rooms.

I have teamed up with him to integrate his recovery rooms into my personal training business.

Highly recommend

I can’t say enough good things about Sweat Chill Exhale! I’ve been going there for the last couple of months, and it’s truly been a game-changer for me. The saunas, ice baths, and steam rooms are just incredible! I’ve really needed a place to relax, unwind, and recover, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot. It’s super close to home, which is a huge plus, and the service is next level. Dave is an absolute legend! such a top bloke, and Isabel and the rest of the staff are fantastic, so warm, kind, and helpful. If you’re looking to de-stress, relax, and really take care of yourself, you have to check out Sweat Chill Exhale. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Dave at Sweat Chill & Exhale is outstanding. The saunas and ice baths are absolutely immaculate, everything feels premium and well cared for. I always leave feeling completely reinvigorated and in a great headspace.
Beyond the facilities, Dave makes the experience. He epitomises what it means to be a genuinely kind person, always friendly, welcoming, and great for a chat. You instantly feel comfortable and looked after.
Elite setup, elite service, and an even better human behind it. Highly recommend.
